What type of hernia will CutToFit Truss work for? CutToFit Truss is designed for reducible inguinal hernias only.

Should I get a double-sided hernia belt even though I only have a hernia on one side? This really comes down to personal preference. For me (William) personally, I only wear the single side because I do not like wearing anything “extra” than what is absolutely necessary. However, there are plenty of people who wear a double even though they only have a hernia on one side. It definitely will not hurt to do it that way. Just keep in mind that the double belt is a bit bulkier because of the extra leg strap and the wider pad in the front to cover both sides.

Should I wear the CutToFit Truss under my underwear? Yes, it was designed to be worn under your underwear against the skin. This will give the best support and also allow you to keep it on at all times throughout the day, even while using the toilet.

How do I put on and take off the CutToFit Truss? View our instructions page for information about how to correctly put on and take off the CutToFit Truss.

How do I wash the CutToFit Truss? Hand wash only, in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Air dry out of direct sunlight.

Is there a guarantee that the CutToFit Truss will work for me? The CutToFit Truss prioritizes minimalism in its design. Although it works well for most people (as seen in our product reviews), there is a small percentage of people whose hernias are too far advanced, or who have too much internal pressure for the minimalist design to work effectively. Therefore, we do not offer a guarantee on our products.

Should I wear the CutToFit Truss while sleeping at night? We do not recommend wearing the CutToFit Truss while sleeping.

Will CutToFit Truss work for females? Yes, it will. There have been numerous 5-star reviews left by females that you can find by looking through the product reviews.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally? We sure do! Worldwide shipping is available. Be advised that the customs agency for your country will charge duties and taxes on imported items that will be your responsibility to pay directly to them before the package is delivered.

How can I get an international shipping quote? You can get a shipping quote by adding the items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you are in the cart area, you can click the "Calculate Shipping" link and input your shipping destination details. Your shipping cost and total will be displayed. If you would like to proceed with your order, you can then click "Proceed To Checkout". Please note that the purchase price does not include duties and taxes payable to customs upon import to your country. These fees will need to be paid by you directly to the customs agency before they will release the package.

If I make an order today, when will it be shipped? If your order is placed before 1 PM EST on a standard business day (Monday to Friday, not including shipping holidays), it will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 1 PM EST, it will be shipped the following business day.

How do I exchange an item? Our system does not allow us to do exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return of the item(s), then place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.

What is your return policy? US Returns Due to sanitary concerns and the fact that the CutToFit Truss is an undergarment, we only accept items for return that are still in the original, sealed, unopened package within 30 days of purchase.

*All US returns will be subject to return shipping charges ($7.89) that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date they are received by our warehouse and will be credited to the original form of payment less original and return shipping charges.

*Important: If we receive a returned item that is not in the original, sealed, unopened package, no refunds will be authorized and you will forfeit any merchandise that has been sent back to us.

International Returns For returns from destinations outside the US, items will need to be shipped back to us by the carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Due to the fact that the CutToFit Truss is an undergarment, we only accept items for return that are still in the original, sealed, unopened package within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return of the item(s), then place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.

Do you offer a warranty? CutToFit Truss carries a warranty covering materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including the small splits of the middle foam layer that can be seen especially on the edges of the leg strap in the groin area on the Minimalist version of the truss. This is completely normal and does not affect the efficacy of the belt. Although small splits in the foam layer are considered normal wear and tear, the fabric should not delaminate or fall apart. If this happens, please contact us.

If you feel you have a valid warranty claim, please email us at info@cuttofit.com, and we will guide you on determining eligibility and how to proceed with sending back the item(s).

Once your item(s) is received, we will send you an exact replacement of the item(s). Any warranty claim attempted that exceeds the 30-day cutoff will not be honored. Any received items will be discarded, and no credit will be given.

When you say “left” or “right” side hernia belt, do you mean my left while looking down at myself, or someone else’s left from their perspective? It would be your left or right while looking down at yourself.

How do I know which hernia belt to choose? To choose between the single or double-side hernia belts would depend on if you have a hernia on only one side or if you have hernias on both sides. If you have a hernia on one side, you should go with a single-side hernia belt. If you have
